The start: a mysterious invitation
The event begins with an enigmatic video. A mysterious voice, dressed in festive attire, invites the participants to take on a Christmas challenge. The teams are then divided into groups of five to six people and led to tables featuring festively decorated but locked aluminium boxes. The countdown begins on the large video screen. From that moment on, every minute counts.

Collaboration as the key to success
At first, many teams assume they are competing against one another. As the event progresses, however, it quickly becomes clear that shared success is only possible through collaboration across the individual groups. Time and again, the teams encounter Christmas-themed puzzles that can only be solved by combining information from other groups. As a result, the participants experience cross-departmental collaboration and leadership without formal responsibility, in a way that motivates and inspires.
