Virtual events for remote teams

Virtual events – technical requirements

Depending on the event, different equipment and software is required. The minimum requirement is a video conferencing tool and an up-to-date internet browser. In most cases, we can already use the company’s own digital infrastructure to conduct a perfect online event with you. For some formats, an additional device (smartphone, tablet) is required. Furthermore, for a few events the installation of additional software is necessary. We will be happy to advise you on which tools or technical requirements are needed for the individual formats. Virtual events – FAQ

Question: Do the participants need a microphone and camera?
Answer: Yes. An essential part of the events is the communication within the team, which in our formats takes place exclusively via image and sound.

Question: Can we also use our video conferencing software?
Answer: Yes. Our events are compatible with any videoconferencing software: we have developed a solution for each software to prepare the registration of the participants in a few steps.

Question: Is it necessary to download any additional software?
Answer: No. Most formats only require access to a current browser.

Question: Our employees sit in the office during the event and are behind a firewall or go to the Internet via VPN – does this cause difficulties?
Answer: With a few formats, the gaming experience can be massively impaired by various technical circumstances. We will test together with you in advance to what extent your desired event can be implemented.

Question: Is there a real moderator/game master?
Answer: Yes. The events are always supervised by our staff. So you always have a contact person at your (virtual) side.
