Kickoff events

When teams are being reassembled, the new business year or a new project is being ushered in, an energetic kick-off event is the right choice. A kick-off event creates momentum, boosts motivation and creates the “we” feeling that is needed to be successful together.

In newly formed teams, which are naturally rather reserved at the beginning, the quickest way to overcome inhibitions and build trust between the team members is to experience positive and fun activities. Building a raft together creates a bond, especially when the subsequent maiden voyage is completed successfully and dry.

Reasons for kickoff events:

  • increase motivation at the beginning of the year
  • improve communication within the team
  • prepare employees for the coming year and upcoming changes

A meeting with customers and partners can also be a success with the right supporting program. In addition to formulating a goal, formulating a shared vision is an important source of motivation.
