Kickoff events
When teams are being reassembled, the new business year or a new project is being ushered in, an energetic kick-off event is the right choice. A kick-off event creates momentum, boosts motivation and creates the “we” feeling that is needed to be successful together.
In newly formed teams, which are naturally rather reserved at the beginning, the quickest way to overcome inhibitions and build trust between the team members is to experience positive and fun activities. Building a raft together creates a bond, especially when the subsequent maiden voyage is completed successfully and dry.
